(4) If paying rent monthly, the deposit is equivalent to three months’ rent (available only for working professionals). 2. **Rent Payment Required Before Move-in (26.8.1):** (1) A one-time full rent payment allows you to enjoy the annual payment pricing and related discounts available on the platform. (2) Paying rent for six months will adjust the price to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) Paying rent quarterly will adjust the price to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) Paying rent monthly will adjust the price to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. **Management Fees and Other Charges Are All Inclusive: The following services are included:** (1) All-inclusive utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet fees, as well as rates and land rent, with free use of appliances. Upon termination of the lease, utility fees will be prorated based on the contracted rental period (not the actual stay) and the number of residents. (2) Leaving a good review on the Uhomes platform and sharing it on Xiaohongshu after move-in entitles you to a $300 cash rebate.
