(4) For monthly rent payment, the deposit is three months rent (applicable only to working professionals). 2. **Rent Payment Before Move-In (26.8.1):** (1) Making a one-time rent payment allows tenants to enjoy the annual payment price and discounts available on the platform. (2) For six-month rent payment, the price will adjust to 100% of the annual payment price, without discounts. (3) For quarterly rent payment, the price will adjust to 105% of the annual payment price, without discounts. (4) For monthly rent payment, the price will adjust to 118% of the annual payment price, without discounts. 3. **All fees include management and miscellaneous charges, with specific services as follows:** (1) All-inclusive utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet fees, rates and land rent are included, along with free use of household appliances. Upon lease termination, utility bills will be prorated based on the contract duration (rather than actual occupancy time) and number of residents.
