(3) For a quarterly rental, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (only for working professionals or existing clients). (4) For a monthly rental, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (only for working professionals). 2. **Rental Payment Before Move-In (26.8.1)**: (1) A one-time rental payment allows you to enjoy the annual payment price and discounts posted on the platform. (2) For a six-month rental, the price is adjusted to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) For a quarterly rental, the price is adjusted to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) For a monthly rental, the price is adjusted to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. **Comprehensive Management Fees and Miscellaneous Charges**: (1) Inclusive of utilities (water, electricity, gas), internet fees, rates, and land rent. Free use of household appliances is provided, with an annual limit of HKD 1500 for each household (the entire apartment is HKD 1500, not per room). When vacating, utility bills will be prorated based on the lease term (not the actual number of days lived) and the number of residents. (2) Year-round free home maintenance and on-site repair services valued at HKD 15,000. (3) Monthly cleaning of public areas, valued at HKD 12,000. (4) New bedding provided upon move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. (5) No management fee charged, valued at HKD 8,000.
