Fee Details 1. Deposit Required at Booking: - For a one-time payment of rent, the deposit is two months' rent. Paying the total amount within 30 days of the booking deposit qualifies you for a discounted rate. - For a six-month rental payment plan, the deposit is three months' rent. - For a quarterly rental payment plan, the deposit is also three months' rent (available only to working professionals or returning customers). - For a monthly rental payment plan, the deposit is three months' rent (available only to working professionals). 2. Rent Payment Required Before Move-In (26.8.1): - A one-time payment of rent qualifies for the annual payment rate and benefits available on the platform. - For a six-month rental payment, the price adjusts to 100% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. - For a quarterly rental payment, the price adjusts to 105% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. - For a monthly rental payment, the price adjusts to 118% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. 3. All Fees Include Management and Miscellaneous Costs; Specific Services Include: - All utility and broadband costs are included, property rates and land rent are also covered, and appliances can be used for free. The electricity/gas fee limit is HKD 1500 per household per year (for the entire unit, not per room). When vacating, the utility bill will be shared based on the contractual rental period (not the actual stay duration) and the number of residents. - We offer free home maintenance services and on-site repair teams all year round, valued at HKD 15,000. - Monthly cleaning service for common areas, valued at HKD 12,000. - New bedding provided at move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. - No management fees charged, valued at HKD 8,000. - Emergency locksmith service available at half price, valued at HKD 800 per occurrence. 4. Referral Rewards: - For each friend you refer, you will receive HKD 300 in cash back. - After referring two friends, you will receive a special edition Octopus card. 5.
