Rent payment must be made before check-in (26.8.1), with payment options as follows: (1) One-time full payment allows access to the annual payment prices and discounts available on the platform. (2) Six-month payment adjusts to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) Quarterly payment adjusts to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) Monthly payment adjusts to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3.
