(3) For a quarterly rental payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (available only for working professionals or existing clients). (4) For a monthly rental payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (available only for working professionals). 2. Rent Payment Required Before Move-In (26.8.1): (1) A one-time rent payment allows you to enjoy the annual payment prices and discounts available through the platform. (2) For a six-month rental payment, the price adjusts to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) For a quarterly rental payment, the price adjusts to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) For a monthly rental payment, the price adjusts to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. Rental Fees Include Management and Miscellaneous Fees, Providing the Following Services: (1) All-inclusive fees for water, electricity, gas, and internet, along with rates and land rent, and free use of home appliances. The limit for electricity/gas fees is $1500 per household per year (the entire apartment for $1500, not per room. Upon lease termination, utility bills will be shared based on the contract duration and number of residents, not the actual occupancy period). (2) Free year-round home maintenance and on-site service from the maintenance team, valued at $15,000. (3) Monthly cleaning service for common areas, valued at $12,000.
