Cost Details 1. Deposit Explanation: (1) For a one-time rent payment, the deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. If the full payment is made within 30 days after the reservation deposit, a discount at the ice point price is available. (2) For a six-month rent payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months' rent. (3) For quarterly rent payments, the deposit is equivalent to three months' rent (only applicable for working individuals or long-term clients). (4) For monthly rent payments, the deposit is equivalent to three months' rent (only applicable for working individuals). 2. Rent Payment Methods Before Move-in: (1) A one-time rent payment allows access to the annual payment rate and discounts logged into the platform. (2) For a six-month rent payment, the price is adjusted to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) For quarterly rent payments, the price is adjusted to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) For monthly rent payments, the price is adjusted to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. All-Inclusive Management and Miscellaneous Fees: (1) Utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and internet are fully covered, including rates and land rent, with free access to home appliances. The cap for electricity/gas costs is set at HKD 1,500 per household per year (total for the entire unit, not per room). Upon lease termination, utility bills will be prorated based on the contract duration (not the actual occupancy time) and the number of residents. (2) Free home repairs and service visits throughout the year, valued at HKD 15,000. (3) Monthly cleaning service for public areas, valued at HKD 12,000. (4) New bedding provided at move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. (5) No management fee, valued at HKD 8,000. (6) Emergency unlocking service at half price, valued at HKD 800 per occurrence. 4. Referral Rewards: (1) For each friend referred, a cash rebate of HKD 300 will be provided. (2) When two friends are referred, a special edition Octopus card will be awarded. 5. Other Cash Rebates: (1) An online property viewing will earn a cash rebate of HKD 300. (2) After moving in, giving a positive review on the Awehome platform and sharing it on Xiaohongshu will earn a cash rebate of HKD 300.
