Step One Residence 117 is a purpose-built student apartment designed specifically for full-time students of higher education institutions in Hong Kong (including associate degree, undergraduate, and postgraduate students). Our goal is to provide a high-quality living experience that allows students to enjoy a vibrant urban lifestyle in the city center. The apartment consists of single, double, and triple rooms, totaling 67 units with 121 beds available. The residence is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a 500-meter walk to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It takes approximately 30 minutes by bus to reach Baptist University, and a 15-minute MTR ride to Kowloon Tong Station. Included in the fees: Utility costs (capped at 500 HKD per month), free high-speed wireless internet, weekly cleaning service, and a 24-hour security system. The apartment is fully equipped with shared kitchen facilities, self-service laundry machines, a multifunctional activity room, a conference room, and a rooftop terrace with a Victoria Harbour view.
