(3) For quarterly rent payment, the deposit is three months rent (available for working professionals or returning clients only). (4) For monthly rent payment, the deposit is three months rent (available for working professionals only). 2. Rent must be paid before moving in (26.8.1) as follows: (1) One-time payment of rent allows you to enjoy the annual payment price and related discounts. (2) Semi-annual payment is adjusted to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) Quarterly payment is adjusted to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) Monthly payment is adjusted to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. All fees include management fees and miscellaneous charges, with the following specific services: (1) All-inclusive utility bills (water, electricity, gas) and internet costs, rates, and land rent, along with free use of household appliances. The electricity/gas cost limit is $1500 per household per year (Note: This is for the entire unit, not per room. Upon lease termination, the utility bill will be prorated based on the lease term as per contract, not actual occupancy time, and number of residents).
