**Accommodation Information** 1. Newly admitted students or those who graduated within the past five years are eligible to apply for accommodation. Roommates will be of the same gender, but they may not necessarily be from the same graduating class. 2. We are now offering an unconditional deposit refund policy, allowing tenants to apply for a full refund of their deposit within three months prior to the start date of their lease. 3. A prepayment of HKD 3,500 for utilities is required upon check-in, with a settlement after one year of occupancy. Any excess charges must be paid by the tenant. 4. The cleaning fee is HKD 900 per person per year, and the internet fee is HKD 500 per person per year, with cleaning services provided once a month. 5. Rent payment options: - Annual payment: Deposit is one month’s rent; - Semi-annual payment: Deposit is two months’ rent (same rental amount); - Payment every 4 months: Deposit is three months’ rent (rent plus 10%). - The first rental payment must be made seven days before the start of the lease. - The second semi-annual rental payment is due within the fourth month after the lease period. - The second 4-month rental payment is due within the second month after the lease period. - The third 4-month rental payment is due within the sixth month after the lease period. Upon move-out, all personal belongings must be removed from public areas, kitchen, and restroom. Failure to do so will incur a HKD 1,000 fee for clearing out items. A backup key can be borrowed for HKD 50 each time, while a lost key replacement fee is HKD 80, and a resident card replacement fee is HKD 150. 6. Tenants who pay annually will receive a welcome gift. Tenants who choose the "annual payment" option are allowed to sublet their room once, but must find a new tenant themselves according to the subletting terms.
