Cleaning services are provided twice a month, covering common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. 5. **Payment Methods** - Annual payment with one month’s deposit. - "Two installment payments" with a two-month deposit (rental price remains the same). 6. **Deposit** - It is recommended to use RMB; the contract will specify the amount in RMB, and the amount paid will be the amount refunded, avoiding exchange rate issues. - If insisting on using HKD, only HKD will be refunded upon moving out; please provide an HKD account. Our company will not process cross-border transfers for RMB deposits; students are advised to take note. 7. **Key Time Points for Rent Payment** - The first phase rent must be paid seven days before the rental start date. - The second phase rent for those choosing "two installment payments" must be paid within the third month after the rental begins. 8. **Lease Standard** - All lease contracts are based on a one-year term. Any personal reasons such as being assigned a dormitory during the term, illness, withdrawal from school, transfer to another school, or sudden discomfort with the environment require full rent payment for the year.
