**Payment Method:** Deposit of two months rent with one month paid in advance; rent includes utilities such as water, electricity, and WiFi, as well as basic furnishings, allowing for a move-in ready experience. **Cancellation and Subletting Policy:** Tenants must adhere to the lease term specified in the rental agreement. The deposit can be refunded within one week after the lease ends; however, if the lease is terminated early, the deposit will not be refunded, nor will the first months rent. Tenants are not allowed to sublet the apartment to others or have guests stay overnight. If subletting is necessary, tenants must find a replacement tenant themselves and obtain consent from the property management.
