**Payment Method**: Two months deposit and one months rent. The rent includes water, electricity, internet, and basic furniture, so you can easily move in with just your luggage! **Cancellation and Subletting Policy**: Tenants must adhere to the lease term specified in the contract. The security deposit can be refunded within one week after the contract ends. If the contract is terminated early, the security deposit will not be refunded, and the first months rent already paid will also be non-refundable. **Subletting Policy**: Tenants are not allowed to sublet the unit to others or host overnight guests without permission. If a tenant finds a friend to take over the lease, they must obtain approval from the apartment management, add the new tenant to the group, sign a new lease agreement, and pay the security deposit and first months rent before the sublet is completed and the deposit is refunded. **Other Matters**: If a tenant needs to change or extend the lease, they must notify the landlord at least one month in advance; otherwise, the arrangements cannot be guaranteed. **Important Notes**: The images and videos are for reference only based on similar unit types in the same complex; the actual room will be as per the physical space.
