Utility connection assistance: Helping tenants with applications and bill distribution for water, electricity, and gas. 6. Other services: During office hours, tenants can borrow the apartments spare key with a deposit of HKD 200, which must be returned within two days. Please note that the images and videos are reference images of similar unit types in the same complex; the actual room upon check-in will prevail.
