**[Apartment Services]** 1. Wi-Fi network service is provided; 2. A full set of apartment furniture is provided, including bed, desk, wardrobe, air conditioner, washing machine, dryer (either combination or separate), and refrigerator; 3. Customer service is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Customers can contact service personnel via phone or WeChat; 4. Weekly cleaning services for public areas are provided. **[Services Included in Management Fee]** 1. Daily home maintenance: This includes, but is not limited to, toilet repairs, light bulb replacements, and unblocking drains and pipes (repairs due to user damage are not included); 2. Pest control service: Arranged uniformly by the apartment before the tenants move-in, with specific dates determined by the apartment management; 3. Air conditioning cleaning: Arranged by the apartment before the tenants move-in; 4. Access card processing: The apartment will assist tenants in obtaining necessary access cards (if any), with relevant information provided by the apartment management; 5. Processing of water, electricity, and gas services: Assistance in applying for and distributing bills for water, electricity, and gas; 6. Other services: During office hours, a deposit of HKD 200 can be paid to borrow a spare key from the apartment, which must be returned within 2 days. Images and videos are reference images for the same type of unit in the complex; the actual room may vary.
