**Apartment Services** 1. WiFi wireless network service is provided. 2. Apartment furniture includes a bed, desk, wardrobe, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer (optional combo), and refrigerator. 3. Customer service is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10 AM to 8 PM, with support for phone inquiries and WeChat customer service. 4. Weekly cleaning service for common areas is provided. **Services Included in Management Fee** 1. Routine home maintenance services, including but not limited to toilet repairs, bulb replacements, and unblocking drains and sewage pipes (excluding repairs due to human damage). 2. Pest control service for the room, arranged by the apartment prior to your move-in; the specific date will be determined by the apartment management. 3. Air conditioning cleaning, arranged by the apartment before your move-in. 4. Door card application assistance: The apartment will assist tenants in obtaining the necessary door cards (if required); relevant information will be provided by the apartment. 5. Application and activation assistance for utilities (water, electricity, gas): Includes applications and bill distribution for water, electricity, and gas. 6. Other services: During office hours, a deposit of HKD 200 allows you to borrow a spare key from the apartment; please return it within two days.
