For further inquiries, please contact our consultant.* Risk Notice In recent years, the Hong Kong rental market has seen instances where tenants' interests were compromised due to paying annual rent in a lump sum. To fully consider the interests of each client, all the apartments we partner with support various payment plans, including lump sum payments, quarterly payments, and monthly payments. Please choose according to your circumstances. Be aware of the above situations; any losses must be borne by yourself.
