Short-Term Rental Notice: - Reservations can only be made up to 5 days in advance. - Reservations are limited to students holding a Hong Kong and Macau travel permit. - A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required. - Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, and early departure will not be refunded. - Bed linens and bedding are provided, but towels, slippers, and toiletries are not included. - Cleaning is conducted weekly according to room and company schedules. - If arranging a short-term stay on a Sunday or public holiday, please confirm with us one day in advance. - All guests must check in on their own. - All guests must comply with the accommodation rules. The apartment features password access and CCTV monitoring, ensuring high security. We offer single, double, and deluxe rooms, all fully furnished with essential furniture and household items, making check-in easy for both short and long stays. For stays over 6 months but less than 1 year, the charge is 15% (10% for check-ins within 3 days; 15% for check-ins within 6 days). For stays over 1 year, the charge is 10%. The service fee includes utilities, management fees, property fees, room cleaning, and bedding (utility costs have an upper limit). Deposit Payment The deposit can be paid via RMB Alipay or WeChat Pay (a service fee of 50 RMB applies), or in Hong Kong dollars via cash, transfer, or cheque. Deposit policy: A one-month deposit is required for bookings of less than six months, while a two-month deposit is required for bookings over six months.
