**Property Information Description** We offer flexible payment options, supporting monthly rent payments at 115% of the original rent. The deposit is equivalent to four months rent, and following the "4 months deposit, 1 month rent" rule, students are required to pay two months rent upfront when reserving a room. An additional three months rent must be paid before move-in. Within the first month after moving in, the remaining rent must be settled through a check installment plan (students need to visit the bank after arriving in Hong Kong to open a checkbook and complete 12 post-dated checks, which the bank will automatically deduct each month). All promotional offers do not apply to this payment plan. The deposit cannot be used to offset the rent. **Subleasing Policy:** 1. To apply for subleasing services, applicants must pay an administrative fee of HKD 1,000. 2. If subleasing through the management company, a service fee equivalent to half a months rent will be required upon successful sublease as a subleasing service charge. 3. Prior communication with the apartment manager is necessary before subleasing to avoid rental loss. Tenants must provide relevant information, and subleasing can only proceed after verification and approval from the apartment management. A new lease agreement will be signed between the apartment and the tenant. 4. The former tenant and the new tenant must negotiate the deposit matters themselves.
