**Overview of Rental Policy** We support monthly rent payments, with an additional service fee of 15% of the original rent for monthly payments. The deposit is equivalent to four months rent. The rental arrangement is "four months deposit and one month’s rent in advance." For students reserving rooms, a deposit of two months rent is required upfront, with an additional three months rent payable before moving in. Within the first month of occupancy, you must provide checks covering the remaining rental period. After arriving, students are required to open a checking account at the bank and issue checks for a 12-month period to facilitate automatic monthly deductions. Please note that this payment plan does not offer any discounts, and the deposit cannot be applied toward rent. The special rental listings presented are available for a limited time and will be assigned randomly; specific buildings and floors cannot be requested. **Subletting Policy** To apply for subleasing the dormitory, the applicant must pay an administrative fee of HKD 1,000. If you wish to have assistance from the management company to facilitate a successful transfer, a service fee of half a months rent will be charged. Before subletting, please communicate in advance with the apartment manager to ensure that it does not affect the rental income of the apartment. The tenant can proceed with subletting only after providing relevant information and receiving approval from the apartment management.
