After moving in, 11 checks will need to be submitted (in the form of pre-authorization). - **PhD students may opt for annual payment**: Two-month deposit with three-month rental payment (quarterly payment, with a 5% rent increase), pay a two-month deposit upon booking, and three months’ rent seven days before moving in.
