**Rental Information Description** We offer flexible payment options, including monthly payments, which will incur a 15% increase in rent. The deposit required is equivalent to four months rent, and tenants must pay four months deposit for one month of rent. Students who wish to reserve a room in advance must first pay two months rent. Before moving in, three additional months rent must be paid. Within the first month of occupancy, the remaining rent must be settled through post-dated checks (students can open a 12-installment check with the bank upon arrival, which will be deducted monthly). Please note that discounts do not apply during this period, and the deposit cannot be used to offset the rent. The vacant rooms displayed are limited-time special lease transfers, and rooms will be randomly assigned across different buildings and floors; specific requests cannot be accommodated. **Subletting Policy:** 1. A HKD 1,000 administrative fee is required to apply for the dormitory transfer service. 2. If subletting through the management company, a service fee equivalent to half a months rent is required as an administrative fee upon successful subletting. 3. Prior communication with the apartment manager is necessary before subletting to ensure that it does not affect the apartments rental income. Tenants must provide relevant information and obtain approval from the apartment management before proceeding with the sublet, and a new lease must be signed with the new tenant. 4. The previous tenant and the new tenant must negotiate deposit matters independently. Please note that the images and videos provided are reference images for apartments of the same type within the complex, and the actual room assigned will be based on the final allocation.
