**Important Information for House Rental** We support monthly rent payments. If you choose to pay monthly, an additional 15% fee will be added to the original rent. The security deposit is equivalent to four months’ rent, following a "four months deposit, one month rent" payment method. If the applicant is a student, an advance payment of two months’ rent is required. Additionally, three months’ rent must be paid prior to moving in. Within one month after moving in, students are required to open a bank account with a checkbook containing 12 installments, from which the bank will automatically deduct monthly payments for the remaining rent. Please note that this payment plan does not offer any discounts, and the deposit cannot be used to offset rent.
