### Apartment Overview This serviced apartment is supported by a professional and attentive team that provides comprehensive services, ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and comfor living experience. Our residential apartments have been thoughtfully upgraded and fully equipped with cleaning services, communal facilities, local taxes, and more, allowing for a stress-free stay without worries of hidden fees. All services are inclusive, convenient, and efficient. ### Location The apartment is located in the western part of Hong Kong, close to major commercial areas such as Central, Admiralty, and Wanchai, making everyday life very convenient. You can easily walk to nearby supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Mid-Levels Escalator provides an efficient route to Central. The apartment boasts an excellent location, just a 1-minute walk from the A2 exit of the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, an 8-minute taxi ride to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and only 5-10 minutes by bus or taxi to Central. Additionally, various restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets are within a 2-5 minute walking distance, allowing you to fully enjoy the conveniences of urban life. ### Payment Methods We offer flexible payment options, including monthly payments, with a 15% service fee added to the monthly rent, and a deposit equivalent to four months rent required (paying for one month while holding a deposit for four). For students reserving a room, an initial payment of two months rent is required, with three more months rent due before move-in. Within one month after moving in, the remaining rental payments for the lease term must be settled (students arriving in Hong Kong can open a bank account to issue 12-month checks, with monthly deductions). Please note that all discounts cannot be combined, and the deposit does not contribute to the rent. Images and videos provided are reference images of apartment types within the same complex; the actual room you occupy will be determined upon arrival. For further information, please feel free to contact our consulting staff. ### Risk Advisory In recent years, there have been cases in Hong Kongs rental market tenants suffered losses due to upfront payment of the entire years rent. Therefore, to protect our clients interests, we collaborate with all apartment complexes to support multiple payment plans, including one-time, quarterly, and monthly payments. Please choose carefully based on your own circumstances. Be advised that if any losses occur as a result, you will be responsible for the consequences.
