The surrounding area boasts a complete range of amenities, with various restaurants, supermarkets, and department stores just a stones throw away, ensuring a convenient lifestyle. The public transportation network is well-developed, with a 10-minute walk to the MTR stations of Mong Kok East, Mong Kok, and Yau Ma Tei, providing easy access to major universities and various parts of the city. The management fee is $580 per resident per month, covering weekly room cleaning, daily cleaning of common areas, customer service, room maintenance, and security system maintenance.
