The keys are available for pick-up at a nearby location approximately one block away from the unit. The instructions to access it will be sent on the day of arrival. The pool and gym are available to use during your stay, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. The gym is closed between 10:30 am to 11:30 am daily for cleaning. Any perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded by the security team after 60 minutes to prevent odors and avoid pest issues.
