The keys are available for pick-up at a nearby location approximately one block away from the unit. The instructions to access it will be sent on the day of arrival. The pool and gym are available to use during your stay, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. The gym is closed between 10:30 am to 11:30 am daily for cleaning. Any perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded by the security team after 60 minutes to prevent odors and avoid pest issues. We are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. The temperature is centralized within the building.
