Melbourne City Student Accommodation is located in the IGLU student apartments in downtown Melbourne, completed in February 2018, offering 24-hour front desk service. To facilitate students' daily lives, the apartment features stylish social and study spaces and regularly organizes a variety of activities and programs.

The apartment is ideally situated in the city center, making it easy to access Queen Victoria Market, and within walking distance to RMIT University, the University of Melbourne, as well as the vibrant streets and alleys of downtown.
- RMIT University: 11-minute walk, 11 minutes by public transport, 5 minutes by bike
- The University of Melbourne: 14-minute walk, 18 minutes by public transport, 10 minutes by bike
- Monash University: 15 minutes by public transport, 8 minutes by bike, 20-minute walk
Important Notes
a. Cleaning Fee: As per Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be charged at the time of checkout, with the specific amount determined by the apartment's regulations; the bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA 2-3 weeks after the rental agreement ends.
b. Subleasing Fee: According to Australian rental agreements, if you wish to sublease the student apartment, you must find a tenant yourself and complete the related subleasing procedures at the front desk. The subleasing fee will be borne by the sublessor, with the specific amount determined by the apartment front desk.
Cancellation Policy
No visa, no admission, no payment
You can apply to入住IGLU now. If you fail to obtain an Australian student visa or university admission letter, we will fully refund your reservation deposit.
Please carefully read the emails and contracts sent by the apartment, and the check-in time and location will be subject to the apartment's documentation. If you need to check in outside of working hours, please be sure to contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require prior application to activate water, electricity, and internet services; please contact the apartment as per their regulations.
Apartment prices and availability are subject to change at any time; the specific rent will be based on the final quote and contract sent by the apartment. If you need to check in on weekends, holidays, or outside of working hours, please confirm with the apartment in advance.
