The Berkeley Street apartments officially opened in April 2019, located on Elizabeth Street in Melbourne, offering a comfortable and safe living environment for 335 students. The apartments are well-equipped and managed by a professional property management team. We provide Studio apartments and one-bedroom units for students who prefer focused study or independent living; for those who wish to live with friends or meet new people, we offer 3-bedroom and 6-bedroom shared accommodations. #### Location
The apartment is within walking distance to the Parkville campus of the University of Melbourne, Trinity College, and the main campus of RMIT University, making it very convenient for students to attend classes, with Melbourne Business School located just below the building. Additionally, public transportation from the apartment is easily accessible to Monash College City campus and various shopping centers and supermarkets.

1. Cleaning Fees: According to Victoria state law, tenants will receive a Condition Report document upon move-in, which must be checked for the cleanliness and condition of furniture and appliances. Be sure to arrange a move-out inspection before departure to check if all items in the room are intact and ensure the room meets the apartment’s cleaning standards to avoid incurring move-out cleaning fees. Specific details should refer to the apartment’s official information.
2. Deposit: The deposit will be managed by the RTBA (Residential Tenancies Bond Authority) of the Victorian government. Tenants can apply for the return of the deposit after completing the normal contract period and conducting a move-out inspection. This process typically takes around 4 weeks, during which tenants will receive an email from the RTBA with instructions to claim the deposit.
Please read the emails and contracts sent by the apartment carefully; the move-in time and location are based on the apartment’s documentation. If you need to move in outside of working hours, please contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require advance activation of water, electricity, and internet services, so please reach out according to the apartment’s regulations.

If you need to check in over the weekend, holidays, or other non-working hours, please contact the apartment in advance for confirmation.
