UniLodge Royal Melbourne is a well-located student residence where students can enjoy their time in Melbourne, with facilities that make you reluctant to leave. We offer 411 units of single studio apartments and shared accommodations, conveniently located near the University of Melbourne and easily accessible to RMIT via tram, as well as to the CBD area. The residence is equipped with multiple study areas, a media room with a big screen, a music room featuring a grand piano, an open lounge, a fully-equipped gym, a laundry room, a communal kitchen, an outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop terrace. We regularly organize a variety of community events to ensure every student feels at home. Important Notes: 1) Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee varies between 200 and 300 AUD depending on the building and type of apartment. Please consult the front desk for specific amounts. 2) Bond: Upon completion of the contract term, the residence will notify the RTBA of the Australian government via email regarding the bond refund process, which usually takes around four weeks. Students will receive an email from the RTBA and should follow the instructions provided in the email. Check-in Times: Monday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. Once you accept an offer, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. The start date is flexible. The residence accepts international students under the age of 18, subject to policy changes, with the residence retaining the final decision.
