Luxury Studio Apartment This apartment type is suitable for double occupancy, with an additional weekly rent of 70 AUD. If the rental period is less than three months (90 days), a prepayment of two weeks' rent and a deposit of 500 AUD is required, with the deposit payable upon check-in. For rental periods of three months or more (starting from 91 days), a prepayment of two weeks' rent and a deposit of 1000 AUD is required. For stays shorter than four weeks, the full rent must be paid along with a deposit of 250 AUD. Customers booking for over a month will also need to pay an additional cleaning fee of 100 AUD.
