Iglu South Yarra offers a range of room types, including shared bedrooms for 5 or 6 people and single suites, adequately accommodating students who prefer solitude or enjoy socializing. Cleaning Fee: According to Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be charged upon vacating the student apartment, with the specific amount determined by the apartment; the bond refund will be returned within 2-3 weeks via RTBA/RTA. b. Subletting Fee: Under Australian rental agreements, if subletting a student apartment, the tenant must find a replacement tenant and complete the subletting procedures at the front desk; any resulting subletting fees will be borne by the sublessor, with the amount determined by the apartment front desk. c. Price Fluctuation: Rental prices and terms may fluctuate; the specific amounts will be subject to the final quotation provided by the apartment. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to obtain an Australian student visa or university course acceptance letter, you may apply for a refund, and the apartment will return your deposit. Please carefully read the emails and agreements sent by the apartment, as the check-in time and location will be based on the official documents from the apartment. If check-in needs to occur outside of operating hours, please ensure to contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require you to activate water, electricity, and internet services beforehand, so please follow the apartment’s regulations. Apartment pricing and availability are subject to change, and the final quotation and contract from the apartment will prevail. If you need to check in during weekends, holidays, or other non-working hours, please confirm with the apartment in advance.
