Room Features Specialty rooms, which incur an additional weekly charge of 5 AUD, include: - Rooms with an eastern or city view - Higher floors located on the 10th, 11th, or 12th floors Important Notes 1) Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee for this apartment is 130 AUD; please refer to the notice at the apartment front desk for the exact amount. 2) Rental Deposit: Upon the completion of the student contract and proper fulfillment, the apartment will notify the Melbourne Australian Government RTBA via email to handle the deposit refund, which typically occurs within four weeks. Students will receive an email from RTBA with instructions for processing. Check-in Time Check-in is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
