Location The apartment is ideally situated in the city center, making it easy to access Queen Victoria Market, and within walking distance to RMIT University, the University of Melbourne, as well as the vibrant streets and alleys of downtown. - RMIT University: 11-minute walk, 11 minutes by public transport, 5 minutes by bike - The University of Melbourne: 14-minute walk, 18 minutes by public transport, 10 minutes by bike - Monash University: 15 minutes by public transport, 8 minutes by bike, 20-minute walk Important Notes a. Cleaning Fee: As per Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be charged at the time of checkout, with the specific amount determined by the apartment's regulations; the bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA 2-3 weeks after the rental agreement ends. b. Subleasing Fee: According to Australian rental agreements, if you wish to sublease the student apartment, you must find a tenant yourself and complete the related subleasing procedures at the front desk.
