After normal contract fulfillment, the apartment will conduct a move-out inspection and apply for the deposit return from the government, which usually takes about 4 weeks. Tenants will receive an email from the RTBA with instructions for retrieving the deposit. Please carefully review the emails and contracts issued by the apartment, noting that the move-in time and location are based on the apartment documents. If moving in outside of working hours, please contact the apartment in advance.
