FAQ

How much do I need to pay when booking?
To start the application, you need to pay two weeks' rent as a deposit. Once the booking is confirmed and you check in, this will be considered your first month's rent.
How much is the security deposit?
When signing your lease with Iglu, you need to pay a deposit equivalent to four weeks' rent. This amount will be sent to the relevant state's rental bond authority until you vacate the property. At the end of the lease, it will be refunded to you, minus any amounts owed to Iglu, such as unpaid rent or damages.
Will my rent increase?
The rent is fixed during the 6 or 12-month contract period. If you decide to renew, the weekly rate for the new contract will be based on the market price at the time of signing and may increase.
