A few months prior, the apartment will email the tenants to ask about renewing the lease, and students need to respond to confirm with the apartment before signing the renewal contract.
Upon the expiration of the contract, tenants will check out automatically. For mid-term cancellations, contact the apartment. Subletting is permitted according to the regulations of Victoria.
