Apartment Facilities: - Studio Apartment: 23 square meters, furnished with a single bed, a desk with built-in lighting, a chair, a private wardrobe, a television, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and a dining table with chairs. - Four-Bedroom or Five-Bedroom Apartment: Bedrooms are equipped with a single bed, a study chair, a private wardrobe, and an electric heater. The apartment features a sofa, coffee table, and television, as well as separate shower and toilet facilities, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen includes pots, pans, and utensils. - Six-Bedroom Apartment: 96 square meters, with bedroom furnishings identical to those in the four-bedroom or five-bedroom apartments, the apartment also includes a sofa, coffee table, television, separate shower and toilet facilities, a dining table with chairs, and kitchen supplies. - Two-Bedroom Apartment: 83 square meters, bedrooms contain a single bed, a study chair, a private wardrobe, and an electric heater. The apartment comes with a sofa, coffee table, television, one bathroom, kitchen supplies, and a dining table with chairs. Additional communal facilities include a laundry room, outdoor clothesline, outdoor garden, bicycle storage, and a secure key and card system.
