Apartment Overview: Carlton Residence offers you a high-quality and comfortable living experience with safe and eco-friendly public facilities. The apartments are available in three types: Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom. All apartments are equipped with electronic security cards to control the power system, ensuring automatic energy savings when you are not at home. We also welcome students under 18 from Trinity College. Location: This apartment is located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, close to Chinatown and QV Market, making it extremely convenient. A 5-minute walk will take you to the University of Melbourne, RMIT, Trinity College, various restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. Public transportation tram and bus stops are just around the corner. Apartment Facilities: - Studio: 22 square meters, equipped with a single bed, desk and chair, kitchenette (including cookware), refrigerator/freezer, private bathroom, wardrobe, electric heating fan, and TV. - 1-bedroom: 28 square meters, equipped with a double bed, desk and chair, private bathroom, living room with a sofa and coffee table, kitchen (including cookware), refrigerator/freezer, wardrobe, and electric heating fan. - 2-bedroom: Each bedroom is furnished with a single or double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and electric heating fan. The living room includes a sofa, coffee table, and TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, cookware, and a refrigerator/freezer. Additionally, the apartment features a CCTV surveillance system, electronic access control, public coin-operated laundry facilities, and secure bike storage, with a dedicated management team providing service. Rental Information: - Rent is calculated per person per week, with a contract duration of 12 months. For a short-term rental of 6 months, an additional fee of AUD 25 per person per week will apply. - Rent includes water, electricity, and gas bills. - Cleaning and internet fees are to be paid separately. - Rental prices may fluctuate. Important Notes: Please carefully review emails and contracts sent by the apartment. The move-in time and location will be based on the apartment's documentation. If you need to check in outside of regular hours, please contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require advance activation of water, electricity, and internet services; please adhere to the apartment’s regulations for contact. If check-in is needed on weekends, holidays, or other non-working hours, confirm in advance with the apartment. Risk Warning: In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants have suffered losses due to paying the full year's rent upfront. Agreements with all partner apartments do not require payment of the entire year's rent upfront, aimed at protecting customer rights. Please choose carefully according to your situation, as any losses incurred due to personal reasons must be borne by yourself. Regarding Rent Changes: A friendly reminder that rental prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, floor level, and starting date.
