房间从22点到6点要熄灯，不过胶囊里的灯是不会灭的，也有枕头和毯子。房间里有插座和一个桌子，非常方便。胶囊里还有大镜子，化妆的时候特别好用。洗澡方面：有一个大浴室和四个小浴室，冬天住了几周都没有排过队的情况。记得带上洗漱包和塑料拖鞋哦。厨房里有提供厨具。建议把食物放在塑料袋里，并贴上床号的标签，这样就不会混乱了。不过其实去唐人街吃东西也挺方便的。洗衣方面：有洗衣机和烘干机，还有晾衣架。胶囊的顶部也可以挂衣架，小件衣服在通风口上挂着很快就会干。另外，常常能看到清洁工在打理卫生，干净得让人很满意。娱乐室也不错，挺喜欢的。
