All rooms are equipped with WiFi. Shared facilities at the apartment include outdoor BBQs, billiards, table tennis, and laundry rooms. Safety is a concern; the apartment is equipped with a surveillance system, and access requires a key card. Limited free parking is available, and water and electricity costs are included.
