The accommodation features comfortable communal lounges, a courtyard barbecue area, a multimedia room, and study rooms, along with broadband access and a kitchen-dining area, ensuring safety with card access. Additionally, the facilities include parking, retail areas, and bike storage, allowing you to enjoy top-quality apartment living and services. The apartment offers studio and single room types for students, who can choose according to their needs and situations. The rooms are modernly decorated, all equipped with air conditioning and heating, ready for move-in with complete furnishings, including beds, built-in wardrobes, and desks and chairs. Please note: Cleaning fee: According to Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be charged at checkout, with the specific amount determined by the accommodation; the bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA 2-3 weeks after move-out; subleasing fee: according to Australian rental agreements, students must find a tenant for subleasing the accommodation themselves and complete the subleasing procedures at the front desk, with the relevant costs borne by the sublessor, the specific amount determined by the front desk.
