The apartments offer a variety of accommodation options for students, including private studios, double rooms, and spacious two-bedroom and six-bedroom shared apartments. All rooms are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, ready for immediate move-in, and come fully furnished, including a bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk and chair. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove are also provided. Additionally, the apartment offers limited parking spaces, laundry facilities, and a secure bike storage area. Each floor has a comfortable common lounge, and the premises include a courtyard BBQ area, multimedia room, broadband, kitchen-dining area, and study rooms, with secure access through key cards. The lease terms are flexible, allowing students to choose suitable durations based on their personal circumstances. Important notes: Cleaning fees will apply as stipulated in Australian rental agreements and must be paid by students when checking out; the specific amount will be based on the apartment’s actual regulations. The bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after the rental termination. Subletting fees will also follow Australian rental contract guidelines, and students must find a subtenant themselves and complete the subletting process at the reception desk; fees will be determined by the apartment’s front desk. Check-in time: We offer check-in seven days a week from 2 PM onwards, making it easier for you to adjust your travel arrangements and choose an appropriate check-in time. Students should regularly check the provided information, relying on the actual information from the apartment. Please read the emails and contracts sent by the apartment carefully; check-in times and locations will follow the regulations indicated in the apartment documents. If check-in is needed outside of business hours, please contact the apartment in advance. Some apartments may require prior activation of water, electricity, and internet; please contact the apartment ahead of time based on their requirements. Apartment prices and availability are subject to change at any time, and the specific rent will be based on the final OFFER and contract sent by the apartment. For check-in on weekends, holidays, or other non-business hours, please confirm with the apartment in advance. If you require a higher floor, preferred orientation, or better views, an additional fee of AUD 15 per week will apply, subject to confirmation from the apartment front desk.
