The bond will be returned by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after the lease ends. - Sublease Fee: Under Australian rental agreements, tenants are responsible for finding a replacement renter for subleasing the student apartment and must complete the subleasing procedures at the apartment front desk.
