The apartments offer multiple two-bedroom units, with all rooms equipped with double beds and fully furnished. Each unit features a modern kitchen, private bathroom, spacious balcony, air conditioning, heating, and secure parking. To create a secure and comfortable living space for students, each room is equipped with an electronic access card, and entry to the building requires card access, completely eliminating safety concerns. Important Notes: Cleaning Fee: According to Australian leasing regulations, a cleaning fee will be charged at the time of checkout from the student apartment, with the specific amount to be determined by the apartment management; the bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after vacating. Subletting Fee: As per Australian leasing regulations, students wishing to sublet their apartment must find a new tenant themselves and complete the subletting process at the front desk, with the subletting fee covered by the sublettor; the specific amount is subject to the front desk's discretion.
