Please note: According to Australian rental contract regulations, a cleaning fee will be charged upon checkout from student apartments, with the specific amount determined based on the apartment's condition; the security deposit will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after moving out; for subletting, tenants must find a replacement tenant and complete the subletting procedures at the apartment's front desk, with related costs borne by the subletter, and specific amounts confirmed by the front desk.
