The apartments offer a variety of room types, including suites for one, two, or three people. Some rooms are fully furnished, while others provide partial furnishings. Each room features a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Additionally, the building provides wireless internet coverage and has staff available 24/7 to assist residents whenever needed. Important Notes: - Cleaning Fee: According to Australian leasing regulations, a cleaning fee will be charged upon vacating the student apartments, with the exact amount determined by the apartment management. - Bond: The bond will be refunded by the RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after lease termination, as per regulations. - Subletting Fee: According to Australian leasing regulations, students must find their own sublessee to rent out the apartment, and complete the subletting procedures at the front desk.
