It is located in the St Lucia area, within walking distance to the University of Queensland, surrounded by convenient shopping and entertainment facilities, making full use of Queensland's advantageous geographical location. You can enjoy charming views of the Brisbane River from the balcony. The apartment comprises four floors and features 42 spacious two-bedroom units, each fully equipped with a bed, coffee table, dining table, LCD TV, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The fully functional kitchen is available for students to hold cooking activities, and each unit has its own private bathroom. In addition, the apartment provides a secure living environment for students, with access to the building and elevators requiring key card entry. High-speed internet is available in all apartments for students to use online. Note: Cleaning fees: According to Australian rental agreements, a cleaning fee will be incurred upon vacating the student apartment; the exact amount will be determined by the apartment. The bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after the lease ends. Subletting Fee: According to Australian rental agreements, students must find a new tenant on their own if they wish to sublet the apartment and complete the subletting procedure at the front desk; any related costs will be borne by the subtenant, with the exact amount determined by the front desk. Please read the emails and contracts sent by the apartment carefully; check-in times and locations will be based on the apartment documents. If you need to check in outside of working hours, please be sure to contact the apartment in advance.
