Cancellation Policy: Before finding a sublet, you are responsible for all fees, and there will be a deduction of cancellation management fees for 1-2 weeks after finding one. "**No Visa, No Offer, No Pay**" is eligible for a refund, but it must meet the following conditions: inability to obtain an Australian visa; or being denied entry into the study course they applied for in Australia. International Students: If you are affected by delays in student visa processing, please contact your apartment to discuss options. Cancellation of Reservation: If you have not yet signed an accommodation agreement, please refer below for the booking cancellation and refund policies in your state. Melbourne (Victoria): The apartment will hold the room for at least 14 days after receiving the deposit (or longer if agreed upon by both parties) to allow the customer to review and sign the residential agreement and related documents. If the customer does not sign the residential agreement within 14 days, the deposit will not be refunded. After paying the deposit to secure the reservation but before signing the residential agreement, if a written cancellation letter is sent via email to your apartment property before the commencement date of your agreement, the customer can only cancel the reservation and receive a full refund for the following reasons: The customer provides evidence that they are unable to obtain an Australian visa, or they are denied entry into their scheduled study course in Australia. The apartment makes any false or misleading statements or fails to disclose any material facts. After signing the residential agreement, the deposit will be used to pay the rent under the agreement. After signing the accommodation agreement, please refer to the apartment's standard cancellation policy.
