En-suite Room type generally refers to a single room with a separate bathroom, and a kitchen and living room facilities that need to be shared with multiple people. One bed for one person.

A：可以在合同结束前搬走，但仍需支付租金，直到您找到新的承租人来承担剩余租期的房租。
Q：厨房里有哪些可用的设施？
A：我们每个厨房都配有炊具、冰箱/冷冻柜、微波炉、拖把和水桶、刷子、垃圾桶及吸尘器（某些公寓提供，具体请咨询前台）。部分厨房还提供水壶和熨衣板（熨斗不包括在内）。
Q：我可以在房间内使用互联网吗？
A:当然可以~ 我们公寓为同学提供免费的高速WiFi。
Q：我能否个性化我的房间？
A:当然可以~ 学生们可以根据自己的喜好自由装饰房间，但请注意不要把大头针钉在墙上以挂海报等装饰物哦。
Q：如果我在支付房租方面遇到困难该怎么办？
A:请直接咨询我们的顾问或公寓工作人员以获得帮助。
Q：卧室的面积是多少？
A：每个房间的面积略有差异，ensuite通常在9-13平方米之间，具体可以咨询顾问以获取更多信息。
Q：如果我想更换房间该如何操作？
A：如果没有办理check in，请直接联系顾问，我们会在有空房的情况下协助您更换，但需要支付差价。已入住的学生可以咨询公寓前台工作人员关于换房事宜。
Q：我是否能够选择自己的室友？
A：公寓无法百分之百保证同学能够匹配到理想室友，但可以在预订房间时告知我们的顾问您的要求。我们将尽量备注，公寓会尽力满足您的需求（但需实际入住为准）。
Q：有哪些物品是禁止携带的？
A：不允许携带可能威胁安全的高功率电器。
Q：我的房租包含哪些费用？
A：房租包括高速WiFi、财产保险及水、暖气、电等公用事业费用。
