去年住户们提到的噪音和热水问题今年都解决了。说真的，能有洗衣机在房间里真是太方便了，想洗什么时候就洗，不过得注意一下有些衣服不适合烘干。烘干机的温度有点高，如果衣服材质不好的话，可能会变形。报修的速度也挺快的，坏了什么都能通过手机报修，基本上过一两天就能修好。电器坏了也是可以换的，就连冰箱也能更换。前台的服务态度也非常好，偶尔还有零食提供。
